This 95-minute block of instruction was presented at the monthly UMT training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska by Chaplain (MAJ) R. C. Kulhlman in February 2020. In it, Chaplain Kuhlman provides an overview of the steps to develop a CMRP from beginning to end, then works through the first two steps with the UMTs present for training. This discussion will be valuable to you not only for the ideas it may generate, but for the thought process involved in determining acceptable CMRP programs and determining their funding sources.
