This 60-minute block of instruction was presented at the monthly UMT training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska in June 2020 by Chaplain (MAJ) Richard Kuhlman, the Chaplain Resource Manager. In it, Chaplain Kuhlman explores the chaplain and religious affairs specialist’s roles as staff officers and NCOs then leads a discussion on being an effective staff officer.
