This 66-minute video was presented at the monthly UMT training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska in June 2020 by Chaplain (MAJ) Tony Cech, the Community Pastor. In it, Chaplain Cech explores the chaplain task of advising the command then, with help from the chaplains and religious affairs specialists present, discusses some of the ways that UMTs can be most effective in advising the command and training the troops.
