This 41-minute video was presented at the monthly UMT training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska in March 2020 by Chaplain (MAJ) Tony Cech, the Community Pastor. In it, Chaplain Cech explores the doctrine behind readiness, particularly as it relates to religious support then, with help from the chaplains and religious affairs specialists present, discusses some of the ways that UMTs can support SM, Civilian and Family readiness.
